No special requirements for hardware or software. If monitored computer can run Microsoft Windows 95/98/Me/NT/2000/XP operating systems, the Hide Files will run as well.
2. How do I hide my private folder to make it invisible everywhere (simultaneously on my local hard drives and over network or Internet)?
While most of users use "drag and drop" action to hide private folder, Hide Files writes exact path to hiding folder. If that path will be changed somehow at future, hiding folder will be visible again. To hide private folder everywhere and always (regardless of it future location or way of access) we suggest to use following hiding mask:
*unique_name_of_folder* - (i.e. unique folder name enclosed between two asterisks)
3. How do I hide Hide Files operation from other users?
You simply have to go to program stealth mode. After that Hide Files does not show up as an icon/shortcut, does not appear in the Windows system tray, does not appear in Windows Programs, does not show up in the Windows task list, does not show up in the Add/Remove Programs menu of Windows Control Panel. Furthermore Hide Files does not slow down the operation of your computer.

There are two ways to resolve that problem:

  2. Purchase additional program licenses and reregister all really installed copies by new registration key.
10. Can I purchase single license of Hide Files and install it on two or more computers?
No, because Hide Files will not work in that case and what is more you will break our Software License Agreement.
