To switch program from visible to stealth mode you have to run Hide Files Control Panel. Click to Hide Files Control Panel shortcut within Windows Start menu (as below):

Start > Programs > Hide Files > Hide Files Control Panel shortcut

Then click to Security menu and choose Go to stealth mode item to get following window:



Click to Yes and OK then to switch Hide Files to stealth mode. Now program will be completely invisible.
