To set or change program access password you have to run Hide Files Control Panel. If program is in visible mode you have to click to Hide Files Control Panel shortcut within Windows Start menu (as below):

Start > Programs > Hide Files > Hide Files Control Panel shortcut

If Hide Files is in stealth mode you have to press hotkey combination (default hotkey is Ctrl+Alt+Shift+H). Then click to Security menu and choose Set password item to get following window:



Here you can set or change Hide Files access password.

Important note: To reinforce Hide Files security we suggest don't use very simple passwords.
