I've just installed Spy Lantern Keylogger.
And it works very fine!
I try to use this ability to be unvisible unless you press the hotkeys. But unfortunately when pressing them nothing happend  :'(
Do somebody has any idea what it may come from?

Anyway, the reader is working fine and the logger is completly invisible!

I think that there is some anti-virus/anti-spyware software is running on your PC and is blocking Spy Lantern Keylogger's hotkey.
To know exactly, please do the following:

Start menu -> Programs -> Accessories -> System Tools -> System Information

When System Information program is opened, please go to "File" program menu
and choose "Save" item to save the information into the file. Then email us
your saved file (but as compressed/zipped file to reduce attachment size),
please, for our detailed examination.

Your advise help very much! I use Nod32 antivirus, and the file nyxuwo.sys has been delted.
Anyway, I succed launching the control center after  restoring this file and shutting down the AV. Then I configured the exception listed in the program file information, and it's now working very well.

If your AV really deleted nyxuwo.sys file, i would recommend you to reinstall Spy Lantern Keylogger with disabled AV.
Then do what you did: add new Spy Lantern Keylogger names into exclusion list of AV and enable AV.

I think I have the same problem as this although I also think I might have forgotten the activation keys so just to confirm if it is ctrl alt shift L my hot keys are not working either....help

Hot key problem maybe related with your anti virus (AV) software. Please refer to AV documentation about how to add trusted  programs to the exclusion list.

You may follow below instruction to reinstall your keylogger again:

1. Disable your anti virus (AV) or/and anti spyware (AS) software

2. Reinstall keylogger once again

3. Add keyloggers filenames to the exclusion list (or list of trusted
applications) of your AV software

4. Enable AV software again.

You can find Spy Lantern filenames with path for exclusion list in:
SLK Control Center -> Menu -> File -> Program Files Information

Not sure how I can find the Spy Lantern file name given I can't get the hot keys working to access the control center - I disabled the start menu access

OK, above instruction by another words:

1) disable (uninstall) AV
2) reinstall keylogger
3) get keylogger filenames
4) add filenames to exclusion list
5) enable (reinstall) AV again

But in order to reinstall the key logger I need to delete it - if I try reinstalling it it tells me all files are already installed.  I can't uninstall the keylogger software as the file paths have been hidden.

So ho do I uninstall the key logger software?
