Title: E Mail Report Delivery Post by cob7001 on Oct 19th, 2004, 4:03am Greetings! I've recently installed this product and it certainly seems to do what it says 'On the Box!' - the reports are excellent and I'm sure it's going to be a real asset. My problem though is getting it to deliver the reports via email. I've set up the accounts etc. and the test results are getting through, but the reports howvere do not get transmitted - rather they do not appear to be sent or are somewhere blocked before they arrive in my Inbox. The first couple of times I got a warning from my Norton Anti-Virus that the types of files I was trying to send were not acceptable to my ISP. Unfortunately I did not keep a note of the exact wording of the message and cannot now replicate the situation. Is this a situation with which you are familiar and, if so, is there a way that I can resolve the issue. Thanks in advance for your help. |

Title: Re: E Mail Report Delivery Post by Eric on Oct 19th, 2004, 7:19am Your reports delivery problem could be related to blocking of email attachments either by Norton Anti Virus or your ISP because Spy Lantern Keylogger reports have been delivered exactly as compressed email attachments. So you could try to change attachment blocking settings to recover reports delivery. In any case you can contact to our Support Service for details. |
