cannot read reports from another computer.

Well here is my ordeal..  
 
I am currently running spy-logger freeware version (waiting for my key to come in)  and I am trying to use the reports viewer to read the reports from my computer (in another room).
 
I have told it to send a report every 2 hrs and it will ONLY send it to a dir on that computer not mine via LAN.  When I go to that dir (with the reports viewer) it sez.  "Cannot load file from disk."    Press OK.  Then "Cannot process reports file."  Press OK again and nothing.
 
It will not let me move or copy the reports from her drive to mine and it is starting to piss me off.
