PRO LANTERN when does it activate

Let's say the montiored computer is shut down, or asleep. As soon as the user starts up computer or uses it spy lantern starts montioring? And then sends me emails?

Let's say I do NOT get a report from spy lantern in the next 2 hours and I know he has been on his computer? does that mean that mcafee program is blocking spy lantern? eric I followed your instructions when I installed it and mcafee didn't seem to find lantern when I restarted. So hopefully this worked. I just think he must have been on his computer by now, so I am worried that something is wrong. Thanks!

Spy Lantern Keylogger (SLK) is active and monitors users activity all time while monitored computer is running. SLK starts to deliver reports when delivery conditions are reached.  
 
In your case program will start delivery when all below conditions are reached:
 
- 120 min time is passed
- delivery way (email settings) is correct and valid
- Internet connection is active
 
Also you have to take into account delivery time of report email itself. Such report email (with attachment) will have enough biz size if SLK screenshot capture feature is enable but Internet connection is slow.
