Hi, I can not find where in Norton should add the files to let the spyware alive in the computer. Could you please be more specific?  I just found an option for exclude the spyware.spylatern but it still don't let me work fine with my keylogger.  
 
Could you please help me? Thanks a lot!!

We suggest you to apply to the Norton AV Support Service about details how to add trusted applications to the exclusion list.
 
Please follow below steps to get correct Spy Lantern Keylogger filenames for the Norton AV exclusion list:
 
Spy Lantern Keylogger Control Center -> Menu -> File -> Program Files Information
