cannot conect to spy module

i'm sorry for my english but i'm a french user... Wink
after enter my pass to acces to control center, i have this message "cannot connect to spy module"
it's the same when i want to unistall...
how can i do to fixe it ?

Probably your Spy Lantern Keylogger is deactivated by some anti-virus or anti-spyware software because last time some anti-virus and anti-spyware software developers (e.g. McAfee and others) add anti-keylogging
technology to their products as well. So you need to reinstall Spy Lantern Keylogger once again. Please apply to our support service <support@spydex.com> to receive instruction about how to remove and reinstall SLK. Then you will need to add SLK to list of allowed applications of your anti-virus or anti-spyware software to avoid such deactivation in future.
