Save .ltr file from your email client software to the disk and start Reports Viewer. Then press "Browse" button in Reports Viewer and select .ltr file. If you receive logs from remote computer you can install stand-alone Reports Viewer on your local computer. If you've already got it you can start it from Start menu (or Spy Lantern Control Center if you have spy module installed on your computer).
