Report Viewer Error

I have the latest version of Spylantern Keylogger home edition, but for some reason, I can't get the report viewer to load to view the saved reports or the current reports. I have the full version of the program. I've also tried installing the stand alone viewer and the built in viewer and neither one will work.  Is here a link somewhere where I can download a program that will open the reports so I can view them?  The reports and program are functioning fine, I just can't open the saved reports.  
 
I'm using Windows XP SP2 and I had Spylantern installed several months ago but I stopped using it, and previous to a couple of weeks ago everything was working fine.

What error message do you get at that?

The error message was Unable to load report viewer, despite installing it twice with the built in report viewer, and installing the stand alone viewer twice.    
 
Uninstalling it both times in between to ensure a clean re-install.
