AVG 8.0 and spylantern keylogger

I updated my AVG (antivirus) to 8.0 version and spylantern keeps getting noticed by it.  I was going to try to put it on my exceptions list, but by the time I got around to it, spylantern was gone off my computer.  I contacted customer service and they said to do a finder.out file and send it to them so I could redownload this but I haven't heard back yet.  I couldn't go to the regular site to download again because it won't allow me the full version anymore for some reason.  It only allows  me the reports version.  Do you have any suggestions on how to get this downloaded again. Also, could anybody help me on how to get this on my exceptions list on AVG properly?

We've sent you the answer in time (twice already). But it seems that you have not received it. Such situation probably arose because of incorrect operation of your SPAM filtering or anti virus software.

You can download your personal cleaner from here:
http://www.spy-lantern.com/slk-export/Linda/slk_cleaner.zip

Please unzip and run file:
slk_cleaner.exe

Reboot computer to finish removal process.

Now you may follow this instruction to reinstall your keylogger again:

1. Disable or uninstall your anti virus (AV)

2. Install keylogger.

3. Get keyloggers filenames for the exclusion list (or list of trusted
applications) of your AV software

You can find Spy Lantern filenames with path for exclusion list in:

SLK Control Center -> Menu -> File -> Program Files Information

4. Enable or install your anti virus (AV)

5. Add keyloggers filenames to the exclusion list of AV
