to your satisfaction.
 
Therefore there is no refund policy for any purchase of our product what  is represented in the product license text you have accepted during the first program install. Also you have to understand that program product (software) and license key (sent you by email) are computer information only and it can't be returned in the usual manner like tangible commodity.

ok so how do i stop it from saying cannot find spy module ive tried every think i have no anti virus on my computer instaled ?
