key log and screen cap not working.

My SL KLPro is not capturoing keys nor screen caps.  I completely uninstalled from both systems.  I reinstalled on the target then on the viewer machine, made all reboots, etc.  the log file are not large, around 1 to 10 k.  I evaluated the regular version and it worked great.  Now I have purchased the pro version and am running on the same systems but it will not take a screen cap.
 
Is there some service that is required to be running in order to take a screen cap?  
 
I also just noticed that it is not capturing keystrokes.  These are the 2 most important pieces of info I need.  Please help!
