quirk with chat logger

target is using Yahoo IM ver 8.1.0.421.
 
most chats are captured properly, as "PersonA with PersonB"
 
this one entry showed by by itself, as "PersonA with PersonA"
 
I find no keystroke log counterpart, so it doesn't seem as though the target sent it, but I am confused by what appears to be the target having a chat conversation with themself?
