Spy Lantern Temp Internet files query

Hi ya,
I've just downloaded SL version 4.0 and I'm running it in stelph mode. I have noticed however that when I view reports, a copy of the files is left behind in the temp internet files folder - which means that anyone who looks at these will see that there is something on the computer. Is there away of stopping this? As it isn't really stelph if the files are being left behind? e.g File name: reports - password - 0
Also I have noticed that I have no evidence of any usage on my computer after 19.00 last night - although I know the comp was in use. So I've got a feeling that there may already be a key logger installed and it's possilb ethat they have access to my password etc. How can I find this out?
