hide files registration

I purchased hide files a couple years ago and lost my registration info recently when my computer crashed. How can I find out my registration info and download a new program? I've written to support 3 times over the last 3 weeks and have not recieved any reply.

We've sent you the license key in time. But it seems that you have not received it. Such situation probably arose because of incorrect operation of your SPAM filtering or anti virus software. You can try to inform us your alternative email address and we will resend key once again.
