Cant Uninstall

I was using hidefiles version 3.3 and it works great.  I tried using several different software file searches and none could find the files I had hid with hidefiles.  Now that my trial period is over I would like to uninstall the program and reinstall it and register it but I cant get it to uninstall.  Whenever I click on the setup.exe it just gives me the error message that the copy is expired.  I cant get to the hidefiles control panel to uninstall it.

At first you don't need to uninstall your expired trial version to convert it to the full version then. You will be able to do that with help of our registration key which we will email you after program license order.
 
If you don't wish to use our product still you can run our setup.exe file (extracted from downloaded Hide Files program setup package) via Windows command line with "/uninstall" key as below:
 
- click "Start" button
- choose and click "Run" item
- click "Browse" button
- find setup.exe file (from Hide Files setup package)
- click "Open" button
- point cursor to the end of command line
- add one space and enter then key: /uninstall
- click OK to start uninstall process.
- reboot computer to finish uninstall.

my wife re-installed windows xp home and reinstalled hide files. She tried to load the past reg key to register it but kept getting wrong key error. So I went in deleted the reg key through reg edit. now I keep getting "removal process was not completed. Reboot system and run setup again." I have rebooted many times and can not get past this error.

Apparently you have installed latest program version but starting with v3.4 we changed registration process so you need to use new registration key now. Please apply to our support center to receive new registration key and instruction about how to  reinstall program correctly.
