Title: hot key not working

I have installed keylogger home and tried the CONT ALT SHIFT L to access the control center and it does not work. I have gone through the instructions and set new hotkeys (5 of them to be exact) but none seem to work. What could I be doing wrong and how do I go about fixing this? I do not want to leave the program in my start up menu!!!

Do you use any anti-keylogger, anti-spy or  anti-virus software? It seems hot-key was blocked by some program.
But there is alternative way to access Control Center:

Please try it, and if it's OK for you, disable shortcuts.
