I have downloaded the trial version and am pleased so far.  We need something to monitor the activity of our 15yr old daughter.  

On the tests i have done I dont get anything to show up on the "chat/msg." part of the viewer.  I do get one sided version on the "key strokes".  Why am I not getting the whole instant messageing?  from both sides?  Ran the test using MSN instant msg.  however I know she uses Yahoo IM as well.

Did you try latest 5.2 version of Spy Lantern Keylogger product?

Yes i have the trial version of v5.2.  When I am on the viewer and click on "chat/msg." the page is blank even though I have been on MSN instant msg.

Spy Lantern Keylogger doesn't support capturing of MSN messages yet. The work is in progress. I think it will be in v5.3.

If I purchace 5.2 will I get the 5.3 update when it comes out?  Will it cost me more?

Your update from 5.2 to 5.3 will be free.

FYI: We have 2 types of versions upgrade:

1. Minor upgrade is for free and you can upgrade the version with the same key you've got earlier. (e.g. the upgrade from 1.1 to 1.2 or 1.2 to 1.3).

2. Major upgrade is paid with discount. And we are sending the additional key to upgrade the product (e.g. the upgrade from 1.1 to 2.1 or 1.2 to 2.1).

i just want to remind that MSN chat support has been added in v5.3...
