I have the trial version on my computer at the present time. Obviously it is not hidden as the pop up is there when logging on. I want to buy the full version. My questions are when I do make the purchase and my order is being process do I still have the trial version available until my software arrives and once I do make the purchase is the pop-up notification still visible?
Will I have to uninstall it to get rid of the popup?

As soon as your order will be processed and we will receive your payment confirmation you will receive by email your license key-code (usually within 24 hours). Then you will be able just copy/paste this key-code via program interface to convert your installed trial version to licensed version. Licensed version is completely invisible and has no pop up warning on system startup.
