i wont to now every thing about remot computer and idont wont to do the remot phesecly or send it by mail
is there any way to write the email for the person  i wont to know about it then i can moniter every thing in his pc.

Hi Lion,
You need physical access to install our product on monitored PC. You need launch setup program on that computer and install the program.
We are working on remote deployment feature that will allow to install the program remotely
(e.g. via email attachment or via access over local network).
