I have just installed the SLK Home versions STARTING with v5.0 and can see all the URL tracked and PC activity only but I it does not display the passwords or keystrokes.  I did have AVG anti-virus software which I have uninstalled and do have ZoneAlarm and have added the necessary files to exclude in their list but the software is still not capturing any of the passwords or keystrokes why??

Well apparently some SLK files are corrupted already by AVG. You can try to uninstall current program copy, reboot computer and reinstall SLK once again. Then add new SLK filenames to the exclusion list immediately after Windows startup.
