keylogger connection

In order for my keylogger to send me logs by e-mail, I have to have an account on a site with an SMTP server. Whenever I fill out the information on the keylogger and try to have it send me a test letter...it tells me it can't connect to the server...and I have the right information.  Can anyone help me?

Please email all your email delivery settings (To: From: SMTP) to our Support Service Team for examination and then they will suggest you solution.

All is enough simply. There is on-line tool:
 
Get SMTP server by e-mail
http://nettools.colonet.net/cgi-bin/mx.cgi
 
You enter your hotmail address (or any email address) where your reports have to be delivered to and get list of available SMTP servers:
 
mx4.hotmail.com  
mx1.hotmail.com  
mx2.hotmail.com  
mx3.hotmail.com  
 
Choose any from this list.
 
That's all.
