Reports file is invisible. You have to use our Reports Viewer to load and decrypt reports.

hello,
i have the free trial (15 days) version....but i cant read the reports....it's located it in my documents but the reports have an extension( .ltr) that cant beread!
what should i do?  
when i try to acces the "start the viewer reports"..it says : cant launch reports viewer...
can u help?
