How can I reinstall the program now that I have the registration key?
 
The problem is that the registration key is on a different pc than the one I am monitoring.

Well you can email your license key-code to free web-based email account (Yahoo, Gmail etc.). Then reinstall program on the monitored computer and use key copied from your web-based email account. By the way you could use this free web-based email account for SLK reports delivery as well.
