Hello~
I am new to this forum and am just trying to find some info. Might be a silly question, but does this product have to be installed on the PC which you are monitoring, or is it some kind of remote operation?

Yes, this product has to be installed on monitored computer (by physical access with administrative privileges). No remote deployment feature. Sorry ...
