How do I set it up?

What I'm trying to do is retrieve all the emails from a hotmail account without the password and get it sent to my email.
I want to see the  chat conversations on Msn as well, but I can't install the software on that pc....Can I do it remotely still?  
Can I send an email attachment and retrive all the person's email with them not noticing it?
Any help would be appreciated
