quarantined it as a virus

I did an installation of Email spy Pro v5.1 in stealth mode. (Not clever)  My nod32 anti virus detected kayluy.sys and quarantined it as a virus. I cannot get the program to activate by pressing the hot keys and  I cant install again as it says the program is already installed.  What do I do now?  Shocked

First of all, ensure you using right SMTP server.
Use this tool: http://nettools.colonet.net/cgi-bin/mx.cgi
 
Also try to set FROM and TO emails the same.
