Hi,

Our company is testing the TRIAL version - and on one of the computers we ran into a problem, while uninstalling-it did not completely uninstall. So now trying to re-install it keep asking if we want to update core files, if we say YES, it says you do not have EMAIL SPY PRO installed. So we're stuck on that computer, not knowing how to uninstall and cannot reinstall. Because we can not open the program either, so it's not really installed.

Please advise.

Probably you can not uninstall program because it's damaged or blocked by anti virus (AV) or anti spyware software installed on this computer.

Only AV exclusion list (or list of trusted applications) may solve this problem. Please refer to AV help file or support service about how to add Email Spy Pro the exclusion list correctly.

You may follow this instruction:

1) Disable (or uninstall) your anti-virus software.
2) Reinstall our programs again (we have sent you details by email).
3) Get ES Pro filenames with path for the exclusion list

ES Pro Control Center -> Menu -> Program -> Program Files Information.

4) Activate (or reinstall) anti-virus software again.
5) Add ES Pro filenames to the exclusion list (or list of trusted applications) of your anti virus software.
