Multiple forwarding

I've recently purchased the Pro version of this product, and very pleased with it - it does all that it says it will!

My only query is that when it forwards mails to my 'secret' address, I get three copies of each sent mail.

Is this normal?

It's not a problem but I was just a little surprised!

TIA

Multiple forwarding is normal if original email headers have additional email addresses. For example if monitored user sends email to one email address in TO: box and BCC: box contains yet two email addresses you will receive three copies of original email to your secret Email Spy address.

Also multiple forwarding is possible because of specific operation of some uncommon versions of SMTP servers when TO: box of delivered email contains several addresses.

Thanks very much for your rapid response.

I was just concerned that I had set up something incorrectly, but this is obviously not the case!
