Title: Outlook 2003 monitors keyboard?

Uhm, I get an AAK popup advising that Outlook.exe (Outlook 2003 package) is attempting to monitor the keyboard.

Is this a false detection or.....?

Keystrokes monitoring technology could be used by any applications. Trusted applications can use this technology for hot-key combinations, switching of keyboard input languages, detecting of user's inactivity and so on.

As your Outlook is trusted application you can just add Advanced Anti Keylogger allowing rule for its normal operation. All instructions are available in product's online help:

Thanks Eric, that makes sense.  I just need to be on the ball and be SURE that whatever application is monitoring keystrokes is a trusted application.
