Title: Advanced Anti Keylogger vs Spy Lantern Keylogger Post by dknz on Feb 23rd, 2005, 3:27am Hi there, Can any one tell me if I run both Advanced Anti Keylogger and Spy Lantern Keylogger in my system which one supersedes the other please ?? Also I found a "ctfmon.exe" file in my pc. Is that a malicious keylogger or it is something come with Windows XP please ?? Thank you. |

Title: Re: Advanced Anti Keylogger vs Spy Lantern Keylogg Post by Eric on Feb 23rd, 2005, 3:45am 1) Advanced Anti Kelogger will block keylogging ability of Spy Lantern Keylogger if you will not add SLK to list of allowed application of AAK of course. 2) ctfmon.exe" comes with Windows XP. CTFMon is involved with the language/alternative input services in Office XP. CTFMON.exe will continue to put itself back into MSConfig when you run the Office XP applications as long as the Text Services and Speech applets in the Control Panel are enabled. Not required if you don't need these features. |
