I'm close to deciding yay or nay to purchase this program as I suspect there is spy software on my computer.  
 
EBlaster and other programs seem to do more than just record keystrokes.  Does your program protect against all aspects of these programs?
 
My question is this...if I don't use the keyboard to perform an action such as open an email or website by using my mouse, will your program still block the email from being seen or the websites I visit be not reported?

Our program protects against keystrokes and screenshots capture only but this is most dangerous features of any spy software. So any spyware report without information about captured keystrokes and screenshots is absolutely useless.

I have to agree on that point!
 
How do I know which modules to allow and which ones to deny?  I am NOT computer literate...especially when it comes to recognizing these files.

Our main goal during AAK development was to simplify program use as possible. By default AAK is installing to the "High Security Mode" where no user intervention is required. That is mode where all attempts of any applications (including spy software) to monitor keystrokes and screenshots are blocked.
 
But there are some cases where "Custom Security Mode" is required. Most of such cases are: applications usability (hot-keys operation, programs activity/inactivity detection and so on) and applications conflict resolving (AAK compatibility with other security software like anti-virus, firewall and so on). That is why "Custom Security Mode" was developed.
 
So if you install AAK by default in Hihg Security Mode and no any problems with your other installed applications -> NO intervention is required.

When will we see a response to the gaping holes in AAK's protection mentioned in the thread below.
 
Ignoring this, whilst continuing to try to flog the product off as some panacea to the keylogger problem is disgraceful imho. AAK is not cheap software, we deserve better than this.
 
PLEASE respond to the holes by either
 
- Declaring the product dead
 
- Releasing an update

Actually your mentioned "gaping holes in AAK's protection" are used maybe by 1-3% of all spy software only. But to add this addition protection to AAK, we will need to change all current architecture of program what will take a considerable amount of development time. That is why such protection will be added in the next program versions and we can not answer definitely when it will be available.
 
By the way we never declared that AAK has absolute protection because there is not absolute protection in any security software unfortunately (either anti-virus products or personal firewalls or anti-spywares ...).
