"Run a DLL as an APP" err msg on startup

I am evaluating advanced anti-keylogger on my windows xp sp2. as soon as i installed it, i got this error:
 
Run a DLL as an APP has encountered a problem and needs to close
 
as soon as i removed anti-keylogger from my machine, no problem any more.
 
pls advise.

Can you please specify what exact DLL name caused this problem?

no, i can not. because on that error msg, there is no dll name on it.
 
but i know it's caused by this app. since as soon as i install it, i got this error msg. as soon as i remove it, the msg gone.

Well in such case, unfortunately, we can not debug this error because, probably, that was conflict of our Advanced Anti Keylogger with other installed application (or vice versa) so we need to know whose dll (our or other application) was a conflict reason. Sorry...

Hello,
 
I puchased Advanced Anti Keylogger.
When I installed then rebooted I get "A program is trying to Run DLL As App" dialog before the desktop loads. After that the explorer never loads so I am unable to function in windows. I had to reboot into safe mode, remove program then restart and all was well but now I have a program I bought that I am unable to use. Do you have a solution for this issue yet ? Or how can I get my money back if not ?
 
By the way, windows does not tell you the info about the name of the dll.  
 
OS = Windows XP SP2 with all latest updates.
 
Need Help or money back,

Brian, that could be conflict of AAK with anti-virus or firewall software. So Brian to give you the proper solution how to resolve this issue we need to know detailed information about your computer and installed applications.  
 
Could you please do the following:
 
Start menu -> Programs -> Accessories -> System Tools -> System Information
 
When System Information program is opened, please go to "File" program menu and choose "Save" item to save the information into the file. Then email us your saved file (but as compressed/zipped file to reduce attachment size) for
our detailed examination.

Not to keen on distributing my full system detail specs. Can you specify what info you need in general ?
 
As for virus protection I use the free AVG and firewall is Win XP Pro built in firewall.

System information file contents exactly what we need. Please do not worry, this sys-info file does not contents your private information. You could email it to our support service email address <support@spydex.com> only (not to forum).
