Spyware Doctor and AAK?

Hi,
I have purchased and installed AAK but on running Spyware Doctor with latest updates it has found "Spy Lantern Keylogger" from Spydex and showing as High Risk! I think this is a false alarm as it is only showing after installing AAK. Is this safe to delete within Spyware Doctor or will this be a problem in the running of AAK? Thanks for any help! Yes you are right, this is false detection. You can freely remove all found traces because that doesn't effect to Advanced Anti Keylogger functionality.
