Good file?

This security monitor pgm on my computer, alerted me about your file aaksrv.exe as being a potential security hazard, which is ok, since I think I now understand why it did it. However, while researching the issue, I found this warning on a site:
"Important: Some malware can camouflage themselves as aaksrv.exe, particularly if they are located in c:\windows or c:\windows\system32 folder."
(see http://www.file.net/process/aaksrv.exe.html)

Now, my file (from v 3.6 - trial) has a slightly bigger size than those mentioned there, so at this point my question is, how do I make sure I've got the right stuff and not some malware, if the disguising trick mentioned on that site was true.
Thank you.

Yes, aaksrv.exe file is part of our Advanced Anti Keylogger product but it description from the file.net website is absolute nonsense and it seems that "spesialist" who has posted this description has no any ideas about real program operation.

Because file.net advertises some anti spyware products we simply consider such description of our product as unfair competition.
