| If I hit uninstall from the control center, I get a BSOD with error 11B in tookuy.sys. If I try to reinstall over the existing version, I get the question if I want to update the core files, I say yes and get the same BSOD and error again. I am running Vista 32-bit and have disabled the antivirus (Microsoft security Essentials). The reason I want to uninstall/reinstall is that the program has stopped sending copies of the captured emails to the configured address. Please help. |

| I strongly agree, AAK urgently needs an upgrade. Windows 7 has been released and AAK is STILL not compatible with anything past XP. This is unacceptable. This used to be such a good (and not inexpensive) product. It made me feel safer online. Given my investment, it's sad that it seems to have been abandoned. |
